Meet Our Pastor

Calum MacLeod was born in Goderich Ontario but spent most of his life living in Hamilton, Ontario.

Calum’s earliest remembrance of church is singing “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God  Almighty”; but please do not ask him to sing a solo. Ever since he can  remember he has been involved in church life – whether it was on the  Board of Managers or as an elder on Session.

While attending high school, friends and teachers shortened his name to Cal. It was in high  school that he met Robin; they were married in 1971. Cal and Robin have  four children: Cameron, Kyle, Scott and Heather.

Cal attended McMaster and Brock Universities. During his teaching career he taught  grades 2 to 12 before he heard the call to ministry. 

Cal entered Knox College in 1998 and received a call from Gordon  Presbyterian Church in 2001. He was inducted on January 28, 2002 and is greatly enjoying his time at Gordon.
